As a long term motorhome user and enthusiast, Jeff Lunn, R.A.M's Managing Director understood the market better than most. Having owned vehicles varying from a twin axle Hobby and an Autotrail Chieftain as well as a smaller campervan-conversion, he is now the proud owner of a Burstner Delfin using them all for both short UK breaks and long European jaunts, he was able to test the products he sells to the limit and in "real world" situations. Jeff's passion has meant that R.A.M were well placed to bring entertainment, security, navigation and other accessory upgrades to this market.

 

He soon identified a need for a better quality sound to be achieved rather than just putting up with the standard poor quality stereo found in most motorhomes, and in fact Jeff has been instrumental in bringing a true Hi-Fidelity audio experience for motorhomers to enjoy whilst travelling.

 

Over the past few years R.A.M have been found at every major motorhome show in the UK - whether in a support capacity for one of our many large dealer clients, or in R.A.M's own display area with added support from such fine manufacturers as Pioneer, Laserline, Trafficmaster and Snooper.

 

The crowning glory of R.A.M's motorhome audio upgrades, came with an introduction to Peter Vaughan, the Editor of Which Motorcaravan Magazine, who's long term test vehicles have all received the R.A.M touch - with features as varied as simple navigation to a full dual-zone entertainment systems, the quality of which had never been heard before in such a vehicle!
